With two wins and 11 scoring performances, the Jumbo men's track & field team placed third of 20 teams in the Tufts Stampede at the Gantcher Center on Friday and Saturday.

Upon entering Tufts in the fall of 2009, Gbola Ajayi knew he wanted to compete in a varsity sport for the Jumbos, but he just wasn't sure which one. Now, three and a half years later, it is clear he made the right choice.

Senior tri-captain Curtis Yancy (St. Louis, MO) tied a 62-year old school- record in the weight throw to lead the Jumbo men's track and field team in the final meet of the regular-season on Monday at the Gantcher Center.
